Yes. Any D2S xenon capsule/bulb will work for the S2000 low-beam.
If you're going for cost effectiveness, I'd suggest you take a little gander at www.ddmtuning.com

They have all different temperature ranges of D2S bulbs.. Not to mention, they're cheap and come in matched pairs..

The only problem is that when you buy ONE replacement bulb for your S2000 when one goes out, the two headlights are no longer matched color for color anymore. They are, but not evenly. See, your other remaining good D2S bulb in your other headlight has x,xxx hours of use, while your new bulb is brand new. A burned in xenon bulb, will lose color slightly over a long period of time, causing your new bulb and old bulb to appear to have different hues from eachother.

It's best recommended buying ANY automotive bulb, halogen/incandescent/ or xenon, to buy in pairs.. To ensure the wattage, color, etc are the same and match accordingly...

But, yes, in short, any 35w D2S bulb will work for our car :-)
Hope this helps!
