Will this set up reduce the amount of flex on a turn to almost zero?
Will this also reduce the problem of the rear giving out a little when you hit a bump on a turn?
thanks for your help

it will reduce the chassis flex, but there will always be some tolerance dialed in. not sure about 'zero' though. this would be as close as possible for the passenger car though.
as for bumps and sliding out - it sounds to me like there is a different problem described here which chassis braces will not help out. you should 1) get an alignment and 2) if you have tires other than the OEM S02's, I'm pretty sure they have a weak sidewall.

The strut towers are already braced by the large I-beam in front of the engine. Even though the I-beam is strong, it won't keep the strut towers parrallel on its own. Having a second brace above or below the I-beam will keep the struts parallel MUCH easier. Adding a third brace is pointless, especially if it has a curve in it (like most strut bars have). For that reason, I bet that a strut bar / x-brace combo wouldn't do any better than just an x-brace.
I am not positive about this, but I think the rear bar is just a pretty, shiny aluminum piece that replaces the steel tubular piece that the car comes with. If that is the case, I would bet that the "upgrade" would actually be weaker.
