Will race fuel help power/tq in stock s2000?
The question is basically that. I am going to a track event soon and was just wondering if the ECU would actually readjust itself with higher octane fuel. More to the point, would i gain any power or torque from using 104-110 octane in a practically stock 2001 S2000?

Iffy. Higher octane is primarily for preventing detonation if your running a more aggressive tune.
I don't know if you'd see all that much improvement in a stock s2k. You might get better throttle response.

Race gas above 92 octane makes little or no difference with a stock ECU. I got only a little more milage with 101 mixed in. maybe a little more power. but only because the gas here is crappy to begin with. but I have no scientific data to prove it ether way.

Firstly, watch the personal attacks.
Secondly, the term "wanker" is usually used to refer to people making grandiose claims or talking authoritively on subjects about which they have no knowledge. Considering that "throttle response" in it's truest and most literal form relates to the efficiency of the intake tract and throttle actuation and has absolutely nothing at all to do the octane level of fuel I'd say it is more applicable to you.
If all you have to add around here is misinformation and insults perhaps you might consider shutting the hell up. <- makes everything alright doesn't it.
