Thanks for your time guys, I phoned Honda direct and they are about as useful as a chocolate fire guard!!!!
They have'nt got the first clue what day it is, I'm gonna try the CTR and hope for the best as we dont get half of the cars over here that you do.

Brakes International in the UK do the same refurbishment service that Brad's mentioned. You'd then need to get mounting brackets, discs etc as parts through Honda.

Pilot brakes look bigger? I'll have to go check one out.
I just checked the Honda USA parts database and there are no similarities with other Honda vehicles (pads, caliper, piston, rotor, etc.). Note that this does NOT include vehicles sold in the US as Acuras. Also note that other calipers will probably fit the car, though their offset, clamping radius, or pad size may differ.
I would suggest checking http://www.car-part.com if you can't find a used/rebuilt one locally. I'd be willing to ship to the UK for you if you can't get a US yard to do it.

The Pilot i the exact same car as the Acura MDX. They share the same components.
I checked on this awhile ago and noticed that the rotors had a slightly different offset and also used a different pad. Never had a chance to play with it though

I will check on a set of rear calipers for you . There are no mounting brackets required . Caliper mounts directly to suspension parts . You still should have E-Brake cable . You can order mounting bolts cheaply from Honda . Put in new set of pads away you go .
You will find that most Honda cars have slight differences in their brake components . They do not just bolt from one car to another , they really do engineer their brake systems . The new RXS for example does use the same front caliper as the S-2000 ,but the front rotor has different offset and center hub hole . The real difference is in the rear , the RSX uses a smaller diameter rear rotor . This is not a mistake , Honda is changing the brake bias , by making these slight changes .
