wideband oxygen sensor questions
I'm too low to get on a lift so to get a wideband bung welded to my header I would need to remove the header, my question is, if I get the bung welded to my test pipe would I still get an accurate reading? I'm also throwing a p0141 code which is a bad secondary sensor in my test pipe. Is that hurting my performance? Could I just remove that secondary sensor and install my wideband sensor in that bung and call it a day or is that bad for my car? I don't care about the CEL

I will be using an aem uego I'm picking up for 120 used. So will I get an accurate reason if I put the sensor in my test pipe? The sensor also has about 6k miles on it with a boosted car. Would I still be able to use that sensor how long do they usually last? I'm NA and the only FI I'll be putting it through is just nitrous if that matters

Should be fine as long as there's no CAT ahead of it, but closer to the header is more accurate (although only slightly) You can test the wideband to make sure it reads good, Google the "wideband sensor in oil rag" test

They typically last quite a while. If you ever need a replacement sensor, they actually sell them at Autozone (turbo Legacy). The part number is: http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/web...archTerm=17018
