I use Mobil 1 10w30 also, usually around 5.5 quarts. When I first switched to Mobil 1 with around 10,000 miles on the car, I could actually feel the car run smoother.

Well....
If one would change from a 10W-30 to, lets say, a 0W-40 one would certainly notice a difference during cold morning starts.
In My Honest Opinion Based On My Own Experiences.
And I changed from a 5W-40......

I use mobil clean drive 5000 mile -- same stuff honda uses in their oil changes. I have had no reason to switch or try anything else.
I switch my oil every 3500 for the record but this oil can go to 5000 miles
