Why does my clutch grab at the very top?
Hey guys,
I've noticed that a few S2k guys had this problem. My clutch grabs almost at the very top. I would want it to grab more in the middle.
The clutch is perfect...no issues..no slips at all whatsoever....
How can I fix this problem guys?

yes it can be. but in some cases, even when you install a new clutch the engagement is up at top..

I removed my cdv and bleed my clutch. A couple months later I had a new clutch installed and didnt have them bother bleeding it again with install... Think a clutch bleed is the answer to my problems?

Sounds like you need to play with the pedal adjustment. Get up under the dash and adjust the rod that pushes against the clutch master cylinder. Bleeding the system is not the answer, that would be for it the clutch grabbed way too low and was having issues fully disengaging, which even then could also simply be a clutch pedal adjustment issue.
You're looking at a 2 minute fix by getting under the dash, loosening the lock nut, and adjusting the rod until the pedal is to your liking.
