OEM F20C2 flywheel = 6,4 kg / 14,08 lbs.
That's including the pilot bearing.

To be clear, we're talking about part# 22100-PCX-005. It appears to have been unchanged for all years and models of cars with the F20C.
ikey, go ahead and post up what you find.

The initial measurement was on a postal scale. I then verified it using the w/ and w/o method on a bathroom scale, which I just performed again and sadly, I have gained weight again. Damn i'm fat

Well..... there was about a 5 minute delay between measuring and posting because I had to wash my hands
Weighed on a digital bathroom scale, me holding / not holding the flywheel.
And I tested it with a block of steel with a known weight.
That block weighs 4880 gram, according to the bathroom scale it was 4,9 kg.
So as far as I can tell the 6,4 kg is accurate.
The flywheel came from a MY05 F20C2 sold in the UK.
Spitfire, did you measure that directly?

I used the electronic bathroom scale method on my MY00 AP1 flywheel just now.
In pounds, it's 14.0. (6.35 kg) Resolution of 0.5 lbs.
In kg, it's 6.4. (14.1 lbs) Resolution of 0.1 kg.

Sounds like the OP got an aftermarket flywheel that's compatible with the F20C, but not the actual Honda part. There are a few out there...I think AC Delco sells one for example.
