3.875" will get between 10 and 10.5 psi
I know that there are folks running 3.5" and 3.3" pulleys but I do not know what pressure they deliver.
I believe that he limitation to boost is solely related to the tip speed of the impeller vanes.

why all this, "i only want 2 more psi?"
yeah, you are going to need to build the engine, transmission, and rear-end if you start generating serious boost...so what? Don't buy that pulley unless you do the above work!!
I think a whole range of pulleys would be good. Vortech should offer a pulley that will allow the SC to put out as much boost as it possibly can. I mean if you're engine blows up while you are putting 8psi into it Honda probably isn't going to cover it. I don't seen any problem with offering much high PSI pulleys. A whole range of pulleys from what the stock one is now up to max boost sounds good to me....maybe in 2 psi increments.

I think the "only 2 PSI" comment has to do with research on what needs to be done to the car to handle the extra boost.

These pulleys will NOT work on the Paxton NOVI 1000 chargers. They are very different chargers. These are for Vortech chargers only.
Our charger can make in excess of 20 psi and 600 horsepower. But remember thats the specs of the charger. Different types of engines will act differently with different amounts cfm. Boost is a measure of restriction. A big block V8 will consumer more air then a 4 cyl and it will make lower boost, but can use that much air effectively. The 4cyl needs more psi to cram the air into a smaller chamber then a larer motor does. With that blower not every car can make 20 psi. The point is that charger can make more then what you need for that engine

Trevor what is the status of this?
Personally I'm looking to purchase a +2psi replacement pulley and belt and +4psi replacement pulley and belt. I am guessing the cost of these would be in the $100-$200 range each?
Do you have an ETA on these?
