Who ended up buying that Turbo kit with Motec M48 from Hypertune in Australia?
I remeber seeing pictures and a dyno sheet of a kit that made 345rwhp on 6 psi on a GP White S in Australia. The company was Hypertune. They were asking $8000 or something. It had a Motec stand alone fuel management system, an HKS GT 3040 true ball bearing turbo, HKS S Type intercooler, polished piping ect. Just curious if anyone picked it up or not.

They said you have to relocate the battery, AC lines and 2 other small things. Apparently, it isn't that hard. The pics they posted showed that it fits fine as long as you relocate those couple of things, which isn't that hard according to some mechanics I talked to. I was just curious to see of anyone decided to buy that kit, I know a couple people were real interested.

FI next summer, just which kit to go for. SpeedCraft is proven, no doubt, but this kit has promise, especially with the quality of parts used, dyno proven 345rwhp @ 6psi and my ability to get eveything at wholesale cost. I hope I can talk to, if any, the person who bought this kit.

There you are, I was following the post and wondered if you bought it. I could get ALL the parts for around $3500, wholesale of course, excluding the gauges, Motec or Aem EMS, Turbo Timer, Exhaust ect. The ONLY thing that concerens me, and it has nothing to do with the kit, is fabrication new AC hard lines that are not in teh way of the turbo. I looked at the picture and the engine bay and the battery could be relocated, not a problem, the fuse box turned 90 degrees, also very easy, but the AC hard lines are right in the way. The car wasn't even dyno tuned and it made 345 to the wheels on 6psi. The guys at Hypertune sound like great techs and people. Let me know what your plan was if you had bought it beacause I could get $8000 worth of stuff for $4500.
