I believe that is caused by IACV, search for Billman's approved fix method.
And my own take. Lucas upper cylinder lubricant helps with this. It's a butane based lubricant, butane has very similar properties to gasoline but it's an alcohol which burns much cleaner and doesn't cause carbon deposits, it works much like steam to clean. Being a butane based lubricant it's perfect for the injectors, fuel pump, and the IACV. Butane has almost as much energy as gasoline, and has a higher octane as well. I am not a Lucas salesperson, I just know what's in it and why it works for me.
For the Soviet video, I would also personally bleed any air introduced by opening the IACV valve out of the radiator, it's probably not a big deal and will probably burp itself out over time. But that's just me.
