Default White smoke @ idle n/a stock

I got a project car and I start it ever week , this week white smoke came out the exhaust not sure if it was due to rainy weather? I started my other s and it didn't smoke....This was a cold start at idle when accelerating smoke was heavier then at idle..I'm thinking of doing a leak down test. I also have a leak from the coolant line after cleaning the IACV "the one you cap off" Not sure if that has anything to do with it I highly doubt it. I'm going to try to find a write up on how to cap it I figure it will be easier to do and more beneficial then replacing the line.

all the time or just once? The idle air control valve has coolant in the lines, if some spilled into your intake somehow I could see it smoking on initial start up

When you played with the IACV did you forget to install the rubber gasket or did it rip/squish?

If its really humid and the car runs a little rich + decat I do notice there is some "steam" until the exhaust heats up enough to keep it uncondensed.. I would fix the leaky IACV first before messing with anything else though
