White plastic thing in door
Does anyone know what this is? I found it at the bottom of my door panel while installing a speaker.

Glass guide. It snaps into the outer window moulding, on the bottom side. If you know where it goes it can be snapped back into place while the door panel is off.

many people find them in the door when doing speaker upgrades. If you look at it carefully, there are two small tension fit clips on one side of the part. To reduce the chance of it falling off again put a bit of gasket sealer/adhesive around the two clips when you re-install it. Let the adhesive dry before operating the window. The side with the fuzzy felt type material goes towards the window glass. Chances are you will have one in the bottom of your passenger side door as well, they weren't designed very well to stay in place IMO.

I'm wondering if mine has these fallen off.
When I close my door with the window down it give off a much louder sound like a hollow bang or the sound of a car door from the 1980's
