Whirring or whining noise

Thanks for the tips everyone.
But, I checked all 4 wheels on the lift today. No notchiness or grinding at all when spun. Bearings seem OK.
Climhazzard, I do have a front tire thats wearing hard on the inside, so I rotated the fronts and still hear the noise on what seems to be the same side. I thought if it was the tire, after I moved it, I would hear it on that side. But its almost like its the diff whining, but the sound doesn't seem to be coming from behind me when driving....
Here is a crappy clip with the car off and just coasting downhill around 10-20 mph/

Sound is better with headphones and after the 15 sec mark. Its like a whining or steady whirring sound.
