i don't have the picture anymore but i made a custom mount on the left side of the dash. i had to take out my stock remote radio controls, and the left upper vent, but it came out really nice. i mounted three gauges there with a piece of plexiglass and some bondo and paint.
id like to see pic of that, 3 gauges in that area? hmmm how big are the gauges?

i was thinking that route also, since datastream gauge reads 19 sensors... but i still have the UEGO.

Hmmm, interesting...it sounds like something I'd try...you don't have anymore pics though?

Check out this members gauge location:

Unfortunately Blitz gauges are expensive too.

There's room in the dash where the Nav would go for adding gauges above the center vents, its just a lot more work intensive.

if you decide to ditch the radio, you could make a custom face plate for the gauges that would still allow you to close the radio door to hide the guages. stealth mode for gauges.

I used Nordskog Digital Guages and was able to keep the radio. It tales quite a bit of work as you need to cut away most of the guage casing. I then cut out a circle from a very thin piece of plexiglass to fit the back and glued it in place. I also drilled 2 holes in tha back of the plexiglass to for the wires. I then drilled out the radio door to accept the guages and glued them into place. You will need to drill holes into the trim piece that holds the door itself. Just behin the hinge so that the wires have a place to run. the rest is just running wires and doing the hookup.

You could cut the dash and mount it there, or mount on top of the upper dash like the Mugen ones above.
I think the Mugen one is the best option for you.
Personally, I DO like the pillar mount. I thought it looked kinda cool.
It's easy to mount, and easy to switch back to stock.
I guess pillar mount is the most popular setup for a good reason.

not bad billman , not hard to read the 5th gauge on the right though? thought about drilling the dash, easy enough.
