Where do I connect pressure sender for boost gauge?

You must somehow attache a small wire to where the sender's threads would be. It looks like in your pic, where that brass colored fitting screws into the bottom of the sender. Wrap some bare wire tightly around that base and tape it solidly with electrical tape. Then the other end must be attached to a solid ground bolt on the engine - like maybe that one to the far left in your pic. Do a test fit by just taking a wire and just tape it to those places to see if that "activates" your gauge. Since it will read zero when the car is off, you'll have to start the car. If it's working, you should see "vacuum" at idle (about -10 psi). If this works, then you need to make more solid connections.

Thanks

RT,
I thought I had removed all I needed for the check valve. there was a small white valve off of the MAP sensor and I removed that. Do I also need to remove the tube going to the MAP sensor?

Yeah, get rid of the block under the MAP (you're going to need the stock short screws back) and the tubing all the way back to the "Y" near the rear of the intake manifold (remove the "Y" too).
