where is the clutch bleeder?
As i was getting off work yesterday I found i had ALOT more play in my clutch pedal. I realized the clutch reservoir barely had any fluid so I'm thinking I have air in my clutch system.
Can anyone tell me where the bleeder is on the car so i can see if that solves the problem? I just need a quick fix until I get back to my hometown so I can have buddies help me find where the leak is.

this just happened to me too. my pedal travel was almost nil and i couldn't even shift gears with the pedal in within a few miles. after a little research on here i found that the usual reason for this is dirt gets in the fluid and builds up at the seal around the clutch pedal pushrod, causing it to leak. depending on the condition of the seal, you might need a new clutch master cylinder - i did the following and it fixed my issue without having to replace the master cylinder.
my reservoir was almost empty, so i simply wiped the remaining fluid and all the crud out of the clutch master cylinder with clean shop rags, reached up by the clutch pedal and cleaned the (very dirty) pushrod, refilled the reservoir with fluid, and bled it manually until the fluid was totally clean. you'll need to get under the car to bleed the line, and have someone to pump the clutch pedal to get the air out of the line while you're under there. after it was done, it felt almost 100% better, but took a few days to really feel perfect. i've been driving it for a month now without losing any more fluid and the action is perfect and shifting is much easier. hope this helps you some - if you search the forums for "clutch fluid" you'll find the thread i used (with pics)!

I also had the same issue a while back when my clutch had almost no resistance until it was about an inch from the floor. Shifting had also become very difficult.
I found a slight leak around the master cylinder when i did an inspection, however i did not replace it. A simple clutch bleed solved my problem and the clutch felt 100% better after, and is still great to this day.
Hopefully a clutch bleed is all your car needs. Good luck with the fix.
