Where are the bolts to remove rotor?

as everyone has already said, those are not needed. just use a mallet or your hand.

They are 8 x 1.25 thread. (it's the same size for all the Japanese cars I've done brakes on (Subaru, Hyundai, Toyota, Honda))
I use 8 x 1.25 x 25mm (just about an inch--don't want them too long and an inch is plenty long) and I pick them up from Lowes or any hardware store----usually a buck or a buck fifty for a couple
I'm not aware of any manufacturer that has them mounted on the car for you to use just for brakes--as Slalom44 says, there are bolts elsewhere that are the same size (Slalom44--thanks for the tip on the heat shield location, I'll know where to get one if in need it in the future!).
Be sure to tighten them evenly---ie---a few turns with a wrench or socket on one then the same on the other until the rotor pops free. And put a little grease or oil on the bolts as the holes they go in will likely be very rusty and that also makes them easier to back out to use them again on your next brake job.
As others have also suggested, I do smack the rotor a few times with a hammer to see if it comes off easily before I use the two bolts.
If for some reason the rotors on your car don't have the holes in them and a hammer doesn't work, then you'd have to use the technique Utah S2K describes in his post (which sounds like it works really well.)
good luck
