At what milage did your cel first come on? I ask because mine just started blinking at start up (then going off) at just past the 6k mi mark. I just had the car in early for the 7500 mi service and then went to a meet for the day (~250 mi).
Since I can't get to any Autozones to check codes or call the dealership right now to see if they didn't reset it (its Sunday night), I'm wondering if its a normal pre-7500 mi light or what. I'll check codes tom, but figured I'd ask in the mean time.
Thanks,

Does it say "maint req" or is it a picture of an engine? If it is the first one, that's just an oil change reminder. The how-to to reset it is in the manual.

From the FAQ section on S2Ki.com courtesy of Xviper...
To reset the MAINTENANCE REQUIRED light (As indicated by the light that says, "MAINT REQU'D"):
- Have key inserted in ignition but in the OFF or LOCKED position.
- Push and hold the trip reset button on the right bottom corner of your gauge clutster.
- Turn key to full ON position and continue holding the button till the light goes off.
- (Some manuals may be a bit off in that they do not tell you to turn the key to the ON position.)
NOTE: This light is only a mileage counter and acts as a reminder to do your oil change following the "normal" maintenance schedule. When you have reached a certain mileage after the last reset, it will begin to blink upon each start up. Once you have covered more mileage, it will stay on all the time. The light can be reset anytime after it first blinks or stays on.
