actually i did rotate my tires....that could be it what do u guys think? by the way theyre stock rims and i torqued them to 80 psi....let me keep hearing from u guys...thanks

You just answered the question. The rear wheels are not the same hub center as the front wheels. They DO NOT fit on the front hubs. Rotate them back ASAP. This is your cause of the broken studs.
Psi is also not a torque reading Ft/lbs is.

s2000's have a stagger setup meaning the rear wheels/tires are wider. In addition, the hub size between front and rears is completely different. You need to put the wheels back ASAP. It is very dangerous thet way it is right now.

good question, if you have aftermarket wheels...if there are no hubcentric rings, that can be your problem.

You cant rotate the rims period. I had tires installed on my stock rims and they missmatched the front and rear rims with the wrong tires and the rim wouldnt even go onto the hub. The inside diameter of the rear rim is too small to mount to the front hub. period.

But if you try and force it on, and then torque down the lugs, what will happen is that the wheel will wobble while you drive. When that happens, you almost immediately exceed the ultimate stress limit of the studs --> snap!
