Default are wheel spacers safe for daily driving?

watup guys

I was looking to buy some 15mm rear wheel spacers for my ap1. I have heard that these give alot of stress on the bolts and could cause them to prematurely break, is this true? Are there also any other problems associated with wheel spacers. Also, are all h&r wheel spacers hubcentric? I was looking to either buy the H&R ones or the Kics ones. thanks in advance

not sure of how this will effect the s2000's but I had them on my mr2 turbo for about 7k miles/6 months during daily driving and a couple of auto-x's before I sold it. I used 15mm spacers as well.

they should be fine as long as you have long enough studs.

Potentially unrelated to s2k's; 300zx's; nsx's; and several lexus models with wheel spacers are more susceptable to wheel bearing failure than otherwise stock. This is something that probably wouldn't show up until 100k miles regardless, but it's something to consider. Any other issues are usually resolved with correct size studs etc. for the application.
