Default wheel spacer fitment problem

Hey there, I bought a pair of 15mm hub-centric wheel spacers with extended studs for my rear ap1 wheels. The problem that i'm having is that my ap1 wheels don't have recessed holes in the back, which wont allow the wheel and spacer to sit flat against eachother due to the protruding stock stud. I researched this too and they are suppose to have them. Anyway, do you guys think its possible to have them taken to a wheel repair shop and have them drill recessed holes in the back? There are five indents on the back of the wheel where they would drill the holes, so it doesn't seem like it would be too hard.
