Most Honda dealer have a Master key set for OEM Mcgard locks. I'd bet they won't let you borrow it, so you'd have to take it to them. They also make specialized sockets that are driven over the locks and have reverse cut spiral grooves. you pound the socket on with a hammer and remove with an impact wrench.
If you bought your car from a dealer, I would have them remove the locks. It's something that should have been checked when the car was inspected for sale.

lol ya ur right but dude i was getting a s2k!!! i was just too excited that the wheel locks didnt even come into mind..... 
i'll go to honda tomorrow and find out how much!

You would get only ONE key. Have you looked in all the obvious places? ------ tool tray, spare tire area, secret compartment, cup holder, meshed pockets of the interior, under the seats, zipped tied to the trunk springs?

in the compartment between the driver and the passenger seat... if you open it up theres a small tab you pull up to open up the top portion of the compartment where the windscreen is... go exploring!

The "Official Honda" recommended storage location for the lock key is on the jack handle. The lock set comes with a zip tie with an expandable arrowhead end on it, kinda like a keeper for a wire loom. The end of the lock key has a hole in it, the keeper snaps into the hole. Mine was zip tied to the jack handle facing down in the recess on the side of the tool holder in the trunk.
