In the 2nd link, part 2 (hub) is what get damaged. The hub actually fails first, then the bearing. both inner races of the bearing must be a press fit to the hub.
Using the wrong methods when pressing can damage a new bearing also.
1st....axle nut not tight enough from factory (this is why we do the TSB)
2nd...clicking noises when changing direction, from axle moving back and forth in splined hole
3rd...inner races start shifting on the hub, wearing it out, causing rotational noise, low speed creaking/clicking
4th...races lose press fit on hub, shift out of alignment, and destroy wheel bearing
Here's the hub. Note the top thin shiny ring, which was the original untouched size the hub should be. Note the darker burned area, from the inner bearing race walking around on the hub. The outer bearing race is still on the hub.
The rear corners on my S2000 are making the noise that you describe on both sides. I took my car to the dealer thinking I may have a bad wheel bearing or two. I told the dealer it could be an axel, bearings or CV but it is best if

At this point the wheels don't wiggle that much because I am on top of the maintance. The car is just starting phase 4: (as far as I can tell)

retorquing the axle nut could have taken some play out of the wheel. Regardless its pretty obvious what your problem is and that dealership needs to pony up and fix it or you need to go ahead and start making a fuss....
Honda corp pays the dealers for all warranty work and Honda is great about paying the dealers. So you see the dealer is just making trouble and not fixing cars that make noise. Fuss has started BTW.
