why did you have to replace this? just wondering what the symptoms are.

i have a creaking noise coming from my left rear wheel. i have an extra hub nut or whatever they're called that i'm going to replace when i do the brakes in a week or two.

just wondering if i need to consider this option instead.

axle nut is 36mm
No wonder the 35mm fit so tight! Thanks for the correction.
