Default Wheel bearing flim flam...

The other day my 2006 S2k started making this whirling noise seemingly coming from the rear passenger side wheel well location.

I did some searching and thought it was the wheel bearing. After 200 dollars and 5-6 hours of work I replaced the wheel bearing. It is still making the same noise.

It's like a whirling noise and starts to become noticeable at 55mph...

it comes and goes... I cant figure out what it is. Im thinking maybe a carrier bearing on the differential possibly.

Im going to take the rear tires off and switch them out and see if that has any effect. Maybe the rear brake is dragging?

Im going to switch the tires out and see of that does anything.

I bought this car new from Honda and the said it has a power train warranty of 5 years 60K miles when I talked to the lady at Honda.

This sucks!!!

Car only has 48K miles on it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks a lot guys.

if it starts at about 55mph, it sounds like your tires. Are they getting pretty worn?
