Wheel bearing or brake issue, which is it?
So about a week ago I replaced my wheel bearing, hub and outboard CV joint. After driving around for a bit I noticed a quiet squeal under light acceleration. It sounded like brake squeal. Because my rotor was messed up I assumed it was because of this and that I would get it resurfaced soon to see if it helps.
Before I saw the grease I thought it was a seized caliper because it looks like theres slightly more brake dust on that wheel and when I lifted it it seemed slightly harder to rotate.
Well today I go to look at that wheel and I noticed what looks like a bunch of grease/oil on the inside. Any clues what this is? Im pretty sure it was not there when I put the wheel on. Im thinking it might be from the CV joint but I think the grease put in was new.

The rotor looks like it is done.
Do you see grease anywhere else? Like on the any of the other parts near the CV boot. Inspect the boot very carefully to see if there is a small nick in it.
