WHATS WRONG WITH MY CAR THIS TIME? UPDATED!

It's from all the street racing.
Our cars use coil packs instead of traditional spark plug wires.
You may be able to pick up some used parts from someone parting out their car.
Don't drive it until you pull the codes. It's a good way to turn a bad situation into a destroyed engine.
If you get a flashing CEL, stop immediately and have the car flatbed towed to your dealership.
If you have basic tools, check the spark plugs. One may have shook loose since the last install if they weren't torqued down tightly enough.

well, I have bad news. My personal mechanic said I have to take my car to the dealership, because my engine has to be taken apart. The code read that all cylinders were misfiring and that cylinder #4 has no compression. What could have caused this? How big of a deal am I looking at as far as labor and money goes? How many days could this take to fix? Could it have anything to do with my new header my buddy just installed? Is this a common problem with AP1's? I have only 59K miles on it now! By the way, Im not tuned yet with VAFC. Yikes, Im scared now!

I was told this may be covered under warranty since its drivetrain, but will my aftermarket header and CAI void that? My buddy said some dealerships are dumb and may still cover it and not notice the aftermarket stuff at times. How can I prevent this problem from happening again?
