Default whats that part behind the front bumper ?
Im wondering what that circular thing on the driver side of the car behind the front bumper is? Its the one with 2 hoses, the one that whistles for a little kinda like a turbo when the car starts. What is that? and is it suppose to whistle?

What's the purpose of it? Where does it pump air too?

dang. i thought my car felt a litle faster than stock. i gotta get it tuned now. it must be running at 20 pounds right now
