I have a 3 wire autometer air/fuel gauge that I want to install. What wire do I tap into off of the O2 sensor???? If I am right I think it is the 02 sensor that is closest to the header right??????? Anyone know a good place to tap in????????ie somewhere under the hood instead of under the car???????

I suggest you tap in at the ECU. This makes the wire run much more convenient and simplistic.
You need to pull the 31 pin connector from the ECU and find pin #16. This is a solid WHT wire. Tap into this one.

I don't know. I have a Vortech and it's wired differently. But yes, it is at those connectors that you would have wired the ESM to that you will find the white wire for the primary O2 sensor. There are 3 connectors that pull out of the underside of the ECU. A 25 pin, a 31 pin and a 32 pin.

c16 white wire is correct. Make sure you don't just go by color there is an off white, cream colored wire that looks white in certin light.
