my car overheated and i was wondering what types of problem i would be looking at cause its in the shop and dont want to get scamed!!!! he said the the comppression was like at 70-75 and he was doing a leak down test or somthing but i need to what might be the prob. so he dosent steer me the wrong way i'll probly have a good friend if mine come with me but just to be safe!!!!!

Blown head gasket? I'm no expert, though. Wait until someone more knowledgeable answers.

did you notice your exhaust fumes to turn into a more creamy/whitish color before you took into the shop? if so, your head gasket has failed and coolant is leaking into the combustion chamber.
