just use castrol gtx10w30, this is a very good dino oil IMO.
I remember reading in a previous post that the Castrol GTX 10W30 had the highest molydbenum(sp?) content of all the regular types of dyno oil. If I ever have to top off my oil, that's what I'll use. However, I really don't think you can go wrong with any major brand motor oil (and probably most generics too).
