Sorry, is that the Oil pressure sender that goes into the side of the block?

Found it - 1/8" BSP apparently.

Both are very different threads. The VTEC solenoid assembly is held in by 6x1.0mm bolts.

The oil pressure switch for the idiot light is 1/8 BSP

There are two versions of 1/8 BSP, 27 or 28 TPI so check before you select any adapters. Normally the Japanese cars use the 1/8 BSP 28.

Cheers both,

Its for the oil feed part of the Vortech S/C install - the manual says 1/8 BSP. The adapter I got is the wrong type (right thread though) so I need to order a new one.
