I am a believer in using colder plugs. I use the IK24s with my nearly stock setup, and it doesn't seem to suffer much loss during hot days. I have also seen via ODBII that my '02 runs about 10% more timing advance than my friend's '02. His setup and mine are almost identical except for the plugs.

colder plugs are for decreasing risk of detonation in forced induction....or for fouling when put in stockNA car.

The only way a spark plug could cause a timing difference is if the hot plug is so hot that it is causing preignition and then knock because of the preignition.

I run ik24 with my nitrous setup and absolutely no problem at all. They are great plugs.

What's a "good" price on the IK24's? Does $35/plug sound right??
