I lucked out. New York does not require emissions on motorcycles. Because it is motorcycle powered, it is emissions exempt. The diff is a 3.38:1 from Ford Sierra.
I was hoping it's like that here too but they said because it's registered as a car and not a motorcycle it'll need to have emissions. One thing I've learned is that you can send the title to Montana and they'll open an LLC to put the car under. No emissions and also no tax which works great for expensive cars.

FYI, opinion here is its best to use the oem Honda oil filter. Its made for 9k rpm flow, and also has a metal crush washer to make sure it doesn't spin loose under all that oil pressure.

Be sure to follow tightening instructions on the filter. An addional 7/8 of a turn after gasket makes contact.
