NOOB question..

im planning to adjust my valves soon and was wondering what gaskets or seals should i replace while the valve cover is off?

the only gaskets i have brand new is the valve cover gasket..what other seals can i reuse or should i replace?

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

My guess is that your car is an AP1. Depending on the age and mileage of your car, you could replace the spark plug seals and the bolt seals. All sold separately. I normally don't change them when I adjust my valves, but them my motor is no that old and I do it yearly.

yes, its a 2000 ap1. around 105k miles.

just did this at about 100k, my valve cover put up quite a fight and my spark plug seals got a little mangled so I am glad I had had bought replacements. I got everything through majestic honda online, everything was about half the price of my local stealership, and the valve cover gasket i think is only sold in a kit with 5 new bolt seals included.
