what oil weight?

im getting to 65k miles..should i switch to 10w or the stock 5w..i think im gonna switch from oem to redline..any suggestions?...

if you're talking about engine oil, 10w is the stock weight unless you live in really cold weather.

stick with what you've been running. if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

So, what you're saying is that you've been running for 65,000 miles on 5W30?

im not real sure what the car was on before cuz i bought it used but my first oil change i had oem 10w...is the oem synthetic?..im not sure..i dont think it is though...synthetic a change for the better?

10W30 Synthetic. Maybe an engine flush before?

OEM oil is not synthetic. A change to synthetic being "good" or not is dependent upon who you talk to. Look in the "Oil Journals" at the top of the "Technical" section of UTH for all kinds of info on this.
