Noisy tensioners usually go away after cold start, not continue to make noise.

Could be a rod bearing, a scuffed bore any number of things.

I second that opinion... I have the same chatty noise. should i do a valve adjustments soon?

After thinking about it, the TCT doesnt sound like that. My old engine had a bad scorred cylinder but it still didnt sound like that. I would say check the valve lash, if its good pull your oil pan off and inspect it. It sounds more like a rod knock to me. Also I think if the valves were that bad you would throw a CEL for that also. I got a CEL after a valve adjustment b/c the little adjustment screw turned when I tightened the nut on them, so it tightened them more. Learned my lesson on that. Man your car is just giving you all sorts of trouble ehh?
