A great fluid that can be found almost anywhere is Mobil1 75w90. I use LE 607, which is a straight 90 wieght. It's no longer called '607'. It's now a revised version, but is still a 90w.

I went with the Mobil1 75w90 also. What MY is your car and how many miles does it have on it? I just changed my as soon as i got it. You really don't know if it has been done. And it is a easy and cheap thing to do. Look in the DIY section. If you can do an oil change you can do this. And while you are at it you should also do your transmission fluid as well. Then you know when it was changed and can keep track of when it is due.
On the transmission fluid I went with the Honda MTF with the white cap. They changed the formulation and that is the "new" and improved version.
