Thumbs up At What Interval Do You Change Your Oil?

I am curious as to what other owners do? I have been changing my Mobil 1 at 5,000 intervals. Any thoughts?

every 2700 miles since I've ownered her. I'm just crazy I guess. I'm going to see if I can wait until 3000 is it or 3500? 7500? I thought you do the car every 3000-3500 miles.

I do mine every 3,000 miles or 3 months with Mobil 1 synthetic. I know there are a lot of people that say that I'm wasting my time and money doing it that frequent but I really don't care!

i've noticed that mobil 1 loses some of its effect after 3000 miles..
so i wouldnt say ur completely wasting ur money...
the only observation i made is with my oil temp gauge...
the oil temp would hit up to 210 in heavy traffic....
after i changed my oil to fresh mobil 1 it hasnt hit 200 yet in the same condition.
i cannot recall how many miles the old stuff had but it was past my personal interval (3000) perhaps on doubled the mileage...
once i get my blower on ill probably change back to petroleum using LE

for the tranny i'd use redline mt-90 and for diff use LE 607 with almasol

I change every 3000 with Mobil One. I know that many many high end cars such as Porsche and Ferrari come out of the factory with Mobil One. Read under the Important Topics above the "Oil Journals" Xviper has put together a huge list of links that answers everything. I think it is a must read for everyone that owns a car.
