'00 that I purchased with 3k miles in '01; it now has around 60k miles.
Replaced:
Clutch disk because of the annoying clutch buzz. There's a tsb for the early cars. Unfortunately my car was 5 years old with 35k miles so it was out of warranty when I could stand it no longer. I think the total cost was around $150.
Brake pads, not necessarily worn out but upgraded for a track day. I forget what the pads cost.
Various fluids, but that's strictly a function of time/mileage; I have no idea of cost. In the grand scheme of ownership, it was chump change.
Tires (several times) S02's are soft. I get around 12k miles on rears, twice that on fronts; damned expensive, but worth it, IMHO.
I had an annoying squeaking sound that I eventually traced to a loose left rear axle nut this past summer. That repair cost nothing, once I finally figured it out.

Purchased it from original owner at 67K miles. Now has 119K on it.
I have done brakes once-rotors pads fluid.
All fluids obviously.
Tires
oem spark plugs
valve adjustment.
Just recently the hood release cable broke off or something from the latch. Haven't checked out the issue yet but disconnected from the latch somehow.
I have upgraded things as well like diff, intake exhaust etc as well but other than that not a single issue with the car yet.

bought at 54,000 now has 78,000
replaced tct 138 for the part and replaced it myself
all 4 tires. kumho's 380 installed
and thats about it, although its time to replace the rear tires again
im a very aggresive driver in the mountains. no track days yet though

Bought at 195xx miles in Feb 08. Approx has 471xx miles now.
Replaced Tires : Were worn out and cracking - $600 - about 22xxx miles
Replaced oil, Tranny and Diff Oils : need new liquids - $70 - various times
Replaced O2 sensor : Got CEL - $50(used) - 44xxx miles
Driving style is DD and a few dragstip trips. Also like to get WOT alot
