What does abs code 12 mean?

What does abs code 12 mean?

My abs light came on. So I jump pin 4 and 9 on the obd plug and it gave me code 12. What is code 12?

A simple google search says 12 is for right hand front wheel.

Suspension install is usually to blame. People are not careful and tug the wires.
