Default What do you think?

Bought my MY05 1 month ago with 17Kmiles and immediately had an oil change with M-1. However upon further research on S2ki , I decided to change to Redline.
My car is in the shop today for the following fluids change:

1. Redline 10W30 ( replace M-1 after 2weeks due to much research on S2ki about M-1 , seems like most people prefer redline )

2. Honda new MTF ( white cap, green label)

3. Redline 75W90 for DIFF (good stuff? )

Any comment or advise would be appreciated.

i found that Pennzoil platium would make the valve train even quieter than redline. but redline is true 100% syn. oil(group V), pennzoil(group III) is not.
Honda MTF : just can't beat it with the price.
Redline gear oil: friends been using their gear oil for yrs of racing . no prob. so far.

might as well have went with redline for the tranny too. however, i find their products are overpriced, and have never had a problem with mobil 1

Thanks for the input guys ! I got brake and clutch fluids flushed and replaced too. With Castro Dot 4. Anyone uses that? Also got K&N drop-in.

I gotta say.. omg.. the car drive so much smoother... the tranny is no longer notchy... throttle is much more sensitive and the K&N drop-in sounds nice...much better driving experience

yeah I was debating between amsoil and redline but the closer dealer by 15 miles was redline so i opted to go with redline products...

Honda MTF is not that cheap when you have to change it more often because it loses viscosity. It does however do the job before then. I would recommend changing it every other oil change or 10K miles.

What was the bad things you heard on Mobil 1?
