If you add 1 bottle of Valvoline SynPower Oil Treatment to 5 quarts of Halvoline GF4, you will have about 630 ppm of Moly which is close to Honda's break-in oil. Because this Oil Treatment is very thick, you may want to use either 5W30 or 5W20 dino oil.

No, you won't get much more than 630 ppm Moly after adding one 15 oz bottle of SynPower OT to 5 quarts of Halvoline GF4. If you take 2324 ppm Moly divided by 10 (one half quarts divided by 5 quarts), you will have about 230 ppm Moly, then add to about 400 ppm Moly in Halvoline GF4, you will have about 630 ppm Moly in your crankcase.
Being the lazy guy that I am, would it just be easier to buy the 15 oz MLEP and dump the whole thing in?

I thought SynPower only came in 32 oz. So basically I would have to mix the correct amount in myself right?

What you want is SynPower Oil Treatment in 15 oz bottle, not the other two. The price for this OT at my local Pepboys store is $3.99/bottle, MLPE is $5.99/bottle.

Valvoline MaxLife Engine Protector (MLPE) was available for more than 2 years, while Valvoline SynPower Oil Treament only on the market in less than 1 year. If you look at VOA of both, you can see that the OT has a lot more main ingredients, specially Moly, than MLPE. The choice is yours.

To be on the safe side, I think I will use the MLEP plus the Mobil Dino Oil. I sincerely appreciate all the help!
