The majority of people on this board run the honda MTF HG fluid for their trannys. This fluid is designed specifically for Honda and Acura transmissions. It is a fortified 10w-30 motor oil with special additives for smooth gear changes.
I just changed mine last night.

HONDA MTF only for tranny!
As for rear diff, switch to LE607, it's better than Mobil 1. I'm using Mobil 1 now, but I will be switching to the LE607 (you can get it from Rick's - see link on site).

I just had amsoil 75w-90 series 2000, put in both trans and diff. shifting was smoother and reverse engagement is a little better. amsoil is better than redline from what I have read. LK
