Could you give some details on what happened? I run T-hill to and 6 -7 -8 up to 9 is pretty fast. Looks like your back end started sliding out at 8 and you countersteered to save it. But alas, physics took over.

What tires were you running?
Tire pressure?
Suspension?

Just curious, I want to learn more.

how would i do this? can i do this to check both the upper and lower ones?

Probably, but it's the lower that's the first to go. Judging from your spin, I'd say 99% chance the UPPER is fine.
