Hand crafted. What's not to like? Cheap labor and no OSHA restrictions. I wonder if the process is any different in Thailand where many Honda painted filters are made.

Looks like an oil filter but TF01-13-SA5 is the part number for a Mazda fuel filter available but not the premium Khyber brand on AliExpress.

I believe, Honda Genuine Oil filters are made in factory.
