Then just starts hitting me with non a/c air. Though on every cold start up it works pefectly fine. The air is not from outside. I can tell wheather its conditioned air or not. Its ICE COLD. Why does it run ICE cold for 2 minutes mabey 5 minutes tops then starts to slowly fade as if it had no Freon. Is it too early of a car to say i need a refill on Freon? The A/C lines are cold as hell when i checked it right now. So it IS working.. Any Ideas guys??
*** This was all after not have ANY A/C period for 2 weeks cause my condensor was unplugged due to a tranny swap a while ago. Replugged it. And its all a tease. It works, but only for 5 minutes tops, then hot ass air.
PLs help. Im hot!!!!

my initial impression is that the evaporator is getting so cold that it's icing up. too much ice buildup and it'll clog up.
do you get an abnormally large puddle of water under the car after you shut it off?

The AC system needs to be diagnosed by someone that knows what they are doing and what the correct pressures should be.
You, and a can of R134 isn't going to work any magic.
take it to a shop that has the recovery/vacuum capability and have them check the car out.
