Hey give me a call today....the rear was mine from my car and ran just fine in my car. It Is bone stock and had maybe a few thousand miles on it with no hard use.
It is posable a bearing is going bad and is causing the sounds/feeling you have or it just maybe an axle?? Hard to say.....
Anyway, you are welcome to send the rear back and I will go through it to see if I can find an issue. It's strange that the rear is causing the problem since it was fine in my car but, strange can happen and if the rear has something wrong I will take care of it right away for you

i had the same issue last year. just months after installing puddy's diff the wheel bearing on the passenger side finally gave in. the vibration you describe weren't that bad tho. hope this helps.

Mine makes the car wheel hop under hard launch so its pretty bad
The Op called about 10:00 pm last night and I gave him some advice and possible cause to his vibration.
The car has 80k on the clock and has seen some spirited driving…The vibration is on acceleration from a stop and while cruising at speed then accelerating. This type of issue is most caused by axle problems, the inboard cups maybe pitted and worn or an axle could be broke.
If the cups are pitted you can switch them from left to right this usually will fix the vibration or you can buy new axles.
As to the hair dryer sound this could be a bearing starting to go, it’s hard to say. I advised the Op that if the sound is still happing after the vibration is fixed to send the rear back for inspection and bearing replacement....Good luck to all

It only dose it in a launch if I was going to brake the rear loose but my car is going to be rebuild soon with a new diff and a dog box trans so I'm not worried about my rear exploding
