Default Weird vibration/noise problem

I drive about 40 miles a day on the highway. The highway is 65 I usually do 70, which is roughly 4300ish rpms.
For the past month or so, I have noticed a small vibration when I get up to around 4+k rpms. I push in the clutch and it goes away. Also when it gets up to 4k+ rpms I can hear it , what it seems to be clutch buzz but very faint. Almost like something is grinding. Its very faint that passengers cant hear it, but with me driving and holding onto the stick and through the petals, I can feel it and slightly hear it. Cant hear it at WOT. Just has been bugging me. Has a n F1 Spec Stage 2 clutch in it which is full kevlar. Still has chatter when I drive it sometimes.
